Come spend the evening with us! It’s a time for us to be together as a community for games, laughter, and potluck food! We will play board games, card games, and build puzzles together in the CommUnity Room. It's a potluck, so bring a dish you love or something new to try! We can’t wait to see you there!

Hosted by the LIGHT Movement, join monthly to explore the somatic tool of sewing! Bring your own machine and project, or participate in the planned activity. Groups will include reflection and gentle stretching. 

Join Emily for an inclusive, yoga-inspired movement session each week. Each session will include breathwork, vinyasa-inspired flow, and purposeful mindfulness for all bodies and experience levels. Emily has taught movement for 15 years and is trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal Yoga. As a Birth Doula and Somatics Coach, she brings a deep commitment to creating empowered moments of mind-body connection to all that she does.

Voices of Unity

Love to sing? Longing for more joy and connection in your week? Voices of Unity is our community choir where adults of all experience levels are welcome. Together we’ll lift our voices and explore inspiring music.

Thursdays from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. starting January 15 and culminating with a concert on Easter Sunday. Rehearsals and concert at Unity Spiritual Center Denver (3021 S. University Blvd. Denver) Led by: Summer Osborne, Music Director.

What to expect:

Please join us as we gather in joy and gratitude to celebrate the retirement of our beloved Ms. Lisa, and to honor their many years of loving service to our children, youth, and families. This will be a time to reflect, share memories, offer blessings, and express appreciation for a ministry that has shaped hearts, strengthened families, and enriched our spiritual community.

Our Open Mic Night invites authentic expression in a welcoming, inclusive community. In a casual, community-based gathering, share music, spoken word, storytelling, or other creative offerings in a supportive space that honors each person’s unique voice. Performers of all experience levels are welcome. That night, you may sign up to share or simply attend to listen and enjoy the creativity of our community.

The men’s group has an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality in which participants feel comfortable to discuss whatever they wish or to listen. The group of empathetic, good listeners provides a rare forum for men to get to know each other and be heard.

The Grief Series is a monthly offering of heart-centered presentations exploring the complexity of loss and grief. Led by grief professionals, these gatherings offer insight, tools, stories, and practices that honor where you are. Whether grieving a loved one, supporting others, or seeking deeper understanding, We welcome you into a circle of care and meaning.
