Dear parents, you are not alone! Let’s come together to explore pressing parenting challenges, share our stories, and support each other. In each session, we will do a grounding meditation and discuss a particular topic. You are welcome to bring what’s present for you to receive mini-coaching from me and/or advice from the group.

This session is an opportunity to get to know each other, find support, learn how conscious parenting principles can bring us ease, and request the topics you would like me to cover in the future sessions.
