Join Emily for an inclusive, yoga-inspired movement session each week. Each session will include breathwork, vinyasa-inspired flow, and purposeful mindfulness for all bodies and experience levels. Emily has taught movement for 15 years and is trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal Yoga. As a Birth Doula and Somatics Coach, she brings a deep commitment to creating empowered moments of mind-body connection to all that she does.
