Registration Button

Play is as necessary for the adult brain as it is for the brain of a developing child. Entering a playful state of flow helps individuals access a genuine state of being, builds empathy, and can transform hidden beliefs that keep us from communicating authentically. Combining basic knowledge of the nervous system with the tenets and principles of Improvisation, experience the power of your individual expression. Discover how this approach can be utilized individually or with others on a daily basis to build your own practice of playful presence.
