The Chosen is a groundbreaking historical drama based on the life of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of those who knew him. Set against Roman oppression in first-century Israel, the seven-season show shares an authentic and intimate look at Jesus’ revolutionary life and teachings.
This series does a good job of portraying the social and cultural context in which Jesus was teaching so that the lessons are more accessible.
Please arrive by 6 pm to participate in the Potluck dinner, the showing will begin at 6:30 pm. We will have time for discussion afterward.
