Join us for a peaceful time of spiritual connection with nature through a Nature Bath! A nature bath, also known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku in Japanese, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in nature and mindfully engaging with the natural environment. It is not a literal bath in water, but rather a therapeutic experience of connecting with nature through the senses.

Come refresh yourself in nature and slow down to tune in to what Spirit is speaking to your heart. Research has shown that nature baths have numerous health benefits, including reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, boosting mood, improving concentration, and enhancing overall well-being. The practice is based on the idea that spending time in nature can have a profound impact on mental, emotional, and physical health.
