Mid-Week Mindful Movement and Meditation

Wednesdays, October 15, 22, 29 & November 5, 12, & 19, 7:00 p.m.

Emily has over a decade of experience as a registered yoga instructor with training and experience in perinatal yoga, breathwork facilitation, sound healing, and Reiki. She also loves teaching about the chakras and brings a humorous, practical approach to this topic.

Starting in mid-October, each Sunday offers an opportunity to learn about a Chakra along with supportive practices. A chakra represents a spiritual energy center within the subtle body, a concept from ancient yogic and tantric traditions, which connects to the physical nervous system and influences our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The following Wednesday is a mid-week session to take it deeper through meditation and mindful movement! These sessions are suitable for ages 14 and up.

Join us for as many sessions as you can.

Offered on a donation basis.

  • November 12: Throat Chakra
