Whether you’re a parent(s), caregiver, grandparent, or chosen family—this class is for you and your little one. Join us virtually or in-person at Family Care Collective/Unity Spriritual Center Denver. We begin in a circle, breathe, and move gently to support your body (tired, healing, or just doing its best). Babies can crawl, nurse, nap, or play. No need to hush them, it’s all welcome here. All families belong. (All classes are LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC inclusive) Come as you are.
Classes are hosted by Katie Cameron Yoga. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the address and zoom link. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class if possible. Limited number of mats will be available.
Katie Cameron Yoga offers a sliding scale starting at $10 for our yoga classes to honor different financial realities. Pay what feels accessible for you when registering for class under the "additional payment" box—no questions asked. If you're able to pay more, it helps them continue offering affordable options to others in our community. We're in this together.
