Ongoing Classes & Groups

Healing Circle

2nd Wednesday of each month
Wednesday, April  11th

7:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, March 14, we begin with the Practice of Words of Truth.  Our I AM words will create the opening for what follows.
Then, the work of Tai Chi Master Rasaji, led by Rev. Phyllis Hoover, has us moving the chi (energy) to avoid blocks in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.  These gentle precursor movements connect us with Spirit without and within as we learn to breathe and move as God.  You will enjoy the harmony, balance, and vitality that comes from this restorative practice.
Next, Being the Christ Consciousness is practiced as I AM the Word, as transmitted by Master Guides through Paul Selig.  This transmission is powerful and one to open you to the higher vibrations of the God frequency on your personal journey.
Lastly, delight in the mystery of bringing forth God's Health in a Surrogate Process.  We will rotate as surrogates in proxy for absent family and friends who desire comfort and relief.  Discuss the possibility with them and email names to Jan Reynolds here.   Also, you can choose to enjoy the ministrations of the Healing Circle personally.

Kids Yoga & Music Program

We are excited to announce the addition of a Kids Yoga & Music program to compliment the monthly Contemplative Service!
Heidi & Christie will offer an evening of playful yoga and world music.
Time will be spent exploring breath, meditation and yoga asana through singing and dancing and story-telling. We will also explore cultures from around the world through listening, dancing and making music together.
This class is suitable for children, age 4 and older and is built  upon decades of experience in education, music and yoga.  Presented on a love-offering basis.
We hope this supports all of you parents to come enjoy a mid-week respite from the busyness of life and rest in the energy of peace and love in the sanctuary, while your children are learning and having fun here in the Children's Garden.
Registration is greatly appreciated, but not required.

Tai' Chi Gung

9:30-10:30 am
Tai' Chi Gung is the art and science of raising the Chi (Life Force) moving in, through, and around the body.  Doing Tai' Chi Gung brings a profound appreciation for Nature.  One learns to move and breathe in harmony with Nature to build balance, vitality, and longevity in the whole person:
Spirit, Mind, and Body.
Along the way, students sort out past habits of thought, breath, movement and nutrition that may have hindered their expression of abundant health thus allowing alignment with the vibrational frequency of their true light body.  Change how the Chi flows through your field and you will change your health forever!
Facilitated by Rev. Dr. Phyllis Hoover, LUT
Fee $10 per class ~ Scholarships available
