This retreat brings women together with several facilitators and a variety of workshop offerings to choose from. Truly a Unity retreat for and from multi-generational women connected to our Unity Denver community.

Our current workshop choices include:

• The Power of Storytelling — Turning Personal Stories into Connection - Reconnect with storytelling as a personal and communal practice; metabolize life’s challenges, reclaim meaning from hardship, and build authentic community through shared humanity.

• Transformational Movement – A combination of somatic movement that draws from yoga, Qi Gong and breath work.

• Seasons of a Woman’s Life - An introspective journey into who we’ve been, who we are, and who we are becoming.

• Transmutation: What Pain Became - Stay tuned for more info…

• Watercolor Wisdom Books - A playful, collaborative workshop creating one-of -a-kind creations that can serve as journals or books for reflection and wisdom.

• The Voice as Ritual: Reclaiming the Everyday Sacred - Move beyond silence and transform everyday sound into a powerful ritual of presence and connection. No musical experience required.

• Wisdom of the Forest - A mountain hike and exploration of how the earth imbues us with wisdom. (Not a hiker? Not to worry - a concurrent, similar offering will be available)
