Explore how grief and trauma impact our relationship with sensuality, connection, pleasure, safety, and the body. After loss, many people experience numbness, disconnection, hypervigilance, shame, exhaustion, or a sense that parts of themselves have gone offline. Sensuality is often misunderstood as purely sexual, when in reality it is our capacity to feel alive through the senses: touch, movement, breath, beauty, sound, connection, creativity, and presence.
This offering is appropriate for clinicians, helping professionals, yoga teachers, educators, caregivers, and anyone navigating grief or supporting others through loss.
