What to Expect

Sunday Services

Our Sunday worship service is held each week at 10:00 a.m. Currently, about 170 adults attend our service each week.

Unity Spiritual Center Denver offers relevant and inspiring worship services for positive spiritual living. Our services each run approximately one hour in length and feature an uplifting message and outstanding instrumental and vocal music. After the lesson, we acknowledge our guests by asking them to raise their hands so that we may give them a packet of information. We also encourage our guests to complete a visitor card so that we have a record of your attendance. If you do not feel comfortable being recognized during the service, please feel free to do what makes you comfortable. Our primary interest is that you feel welcome.

People who attend Unity come from all age groups and a wide variety of backgrounds.

Although our spiritual leader most often dresses conservatively, you’ll see our congregants dressed in a wide variety of styles – from slacks and shirts, shorts and flip flops to jeans and business suits. We encourage you to be comfortable and relaxed.

Children

Please bring your children!  They can attend our worship services or they can participate in our joyous, loving and inclusive Sunday morning youth classes for infants to teens. Our Youth and Family Ministry offers age-appropriate lessons for your children. We have approximately 45 youth who participate in our classes from toddlers to teens each Sunday. For more information, please contact Jackie Bullen, our Youth & Family Ministry Director at childrensgarden@unitydenver.org.

Parking

We have several parking spaces reserved for our guests. Please take advantage of one when you visit. Our parking is limited, but we have some spaces on the east side of the building facing South University Blvd and more spaces to the south. Parking along the neighboring residential streets is also permitted.

Entrances

Our main entrances are located on the east side of the building facing South University and on the north side of the building facing Cornell Avenue. We also have an entrance from the south parking lot. All entrances are open on Sunday mornings.

During the week, the south entrance is accessible as is the single east-facing door which allows access to our ministry office.
